Address changes are possible within 1 hour of order placement. After that, if your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us immediately. Once shipped, addresses cannot be changed.
All orders are insured. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos (for damaged items). We'll file a claim and send a replacement at no cost to you.
